Some big scans of work I did for Dan Holland's animation collaborative class. Dan is character designer at Pixar who is a master of minimalist emotive character design. The overlays in marker are his art direction over some of my "Pixar Friendly" Art I did last year while juggling one full time job, one teaching job and taking two classes at the same time.

Dan is a master doing the minimal amount neccesary to make you emotionally relate to a character. Me? I push things till I either give myself a tumor or an ulcer, lol. Still so much to learn i guess,
